Thank you for supporting Kylie's Leather. Every jacket is handcrafted with care and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Pre-Orders & Production Times
All jackets sold on our website are made-to-order pre-order items. This means your jacket is not pulled from existing inventory. Instead, production begins after your order is placed.
Because each jacket is handcrafted and made individually, please allow 30–60 days for production and delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this production timeframe.
Production times may vary depending on demand, material availability, and seasonal order volume.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been placed and processed.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect product selection
- Misunderstanding of product details
- Delays that fall within the stated 30–60 day production and delivery window
- Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or appearance resulting from the handmade production process
- Normal wear or handling
These natural variations are part of what makes each handcrafted jacket unique.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After review and approval, we may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
To qualify:
- The item must have arrived damaged or defective
- Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
